If you have Intel HD graphics drivers installed, then this tutorial will show you how to add or remove the Intel Graphics Properties and Graphics Options desktop context menu items for all users in Vista, Windows 7, Windows 8, and Windows 10.


You must be signed in as an administrator to be able to add or remove the Intel HD Graphics context menu items.






After Downloading, Just run it as administrator and then you will see the Intel Graphics Option is gone from context menu.
